Naomi Mandelbaum has worked in Yavneh Academy’s business office since 1995. Throughout her tenure at Yavneh, Naomi has served the school in a key financial capacity. Her competency, commitment, and passion have helped keep the school on sound financial footing. Prior to joining Yavneh, Naomi held customer service, bookkeeping, and accounting positions in private industry and real estate.
Naomi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Baruch College, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Naomi and her husband, Aaron, moved to Teaneck in 1981. Since that time, they have been active members of the community, serving and volunteering in numerous local organizations. Naomi has previously held positions as Co-President of the Parent’s Association in her children’s school, as Dinner Chair for the Jewish Learning Experience, and as Assistant Treasurer for Congregation Shaare Tefillah.
Naomi and Aaron are the proud parents of Yossi and Carolyn Mandelbaum of Teaneck, Esti and Yossi Ziffer of Baltimore, and Avi and Michal Mandelbaum of Moreshet, Israel. Naomi relishes her role as Omi to her 11 beloved grandchildren, and she and Aaron especially enjoy traveling with their grandchildren on special “Omi and Saba” trips.
